
Meet the Performers
THE FOGCUTTERS: w/ guests Kenya Hall and Gina Alibrio. Featuring a horn section-driven blend of original rock and funk, drawing inspiration from legendary acts while carving out their own distinct identity with new original songs and collaborations.
GENEVIEVE STOKES: One of alternative pop’s brightest stars. Inspired by iconic female musicians, with a repertoire infused with her own deeply personal experience and perspective. A former MAMM student, we are especially excited to welcome her to the Main Stage.
RANDOM IDEAS: Meagan Johnson on drums, Lexi Johnson on bass and vocals, and Kinsey Johnson on guitar and backing vocals. These three triplet sisters are known for their high-energy punk rock sound, influenced by artists including Alicia Keys, Joan Jett, and Green Day.
LOUISA STANCIOFF: Born and raised in Maine, Stancioff is a gifted writer with a cinematic eye for richly detailed, emotionally-charged character studies. Stancioff grew up learning traditional Bulgarian music from her paternal grandfather’s side of the family and revels in singing American folk and roots tunes.
VICES INC.: Award winning female fronted Alternative/Rock band out of Portland Maine. They have released multiple albums and singles since 2019 and have been featured on multiple motion picture soundtracks.
DOMINIC LAVOIE: An accomplished songwriter, musician, and producer based in Portland, Maine. Known for his dynamic artistry and dedication to his craft, Lavoie has shared the stage with renowned acts such as Rayland Baxter, Mikaela Davis, Los Lobos, Dr. Dog, Guster, and Ghost of Paul Revere.
SUNSET GUPPY: Sunset Guppy with Full on Voltron offers music that marries Roy Davis’s folk and Americana roots with soul and R&B influences. Songs capture an organic warmth through their blend of pedal steel, mandolin, vintage keyboards, and soulful backing vocals, while Davis’s lyrics are sharp, playful, and profound.
THOMAS CHARLES CLUKEY: A singer-songwriter from Saco, Maine, whose music is rooted in the landscapes and stories of New England. With a sound that blends Country, Roots, and Americana, Thomas crafts songs that feel like heart-to-heart conversations. His influences range from modern icons like Chris Stapleton and Tyler Childers to storytellers like John Denver.
CHILDREN'S MUSEUM AND THEATRE OF MAINE: The ocean world comes to Resurgam with Piano, the inflatable humpback whale that lets guests explore whale anatomy, touch real whale artifacts, and listen to whale songs. Devoted to children’s development and learning, the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine offers experiential discovery, playful education, and joyful exploration.
PORTLAND JAZZ ORCHESTRA: Brought to the Festival in partnership with One Longfellow Square. This 18-piece jazz ensemble performs a variety of traditional and contemporary big band literature. Their infectious sound and talented ensemble serve the community with a goal to inspire, educate, and develop future jazz audiences for generations to come!
PALAVER MUSIC CENTER STUDENTS: Palaver Music Center offers early childhood music classes, string instrument lessons, community music classes, and songwriting projects such as the Lullaby Project and Lifesongs Project. In 2022, PMC opened the doors of a new dedicated teaching space on Cumberland Avenue, where the majority of program offerings take place.
MAMM ADULT BANDS: MAMM isn’t just for kids! Adult MAMM Bands that will be performing include The Band Aids, Fax Machine, Five Mondays, The Midnight Slippers, and Perfect Strangers, offering a range of styles.

THE ROUND POND RANGERS REVIEW: This Maine band has been around since the 1970s. The latest configuration, The Round Pond Rangers Review, has John Reny guitar and vocals, Captain Frank Bedell Keyboards and vocals, John Riley guitar, vocals, and percussion, Bob Ryan bass, and John Monterisi guitar and vocals.
LADYBRAIN: Backed by an unshakeable band of all-stars from Portland’s own Forget, Forget, Oodelally, and Modern Friendship, Ladybrain’s highly original alt-rock makes itself at home with both the absurd and the sincere. Her lyrical sensibilities draw upon John Prine and Joni Mitchell, with a sound that is as nostalgic as it is brand new.
FUTURE MAILMEN: A collective of potent instrumentalists from Portland Maine. The Mailmen look like a jazz sextet, but sound closer to indie rock. They express-deliver original music sourced from every member of the band, meshing their individual personalities and diverse musical influences.
HEATHER LYNN: An artist from the Blue Ridge of Virginia, based in Portland, Maine. She creates gritty melodies rooted in folk and rock sounds. Her lyrics echo childhood memories and the harsh but beautiful world surrounding.
MODERN FRIENDSHIP: A Portland Maine band whose material ranges from guitar-driven indie rock to stomping acoustic romps. The band's material lyrically echoes the melancholy of young adulthood, love made, love lost, and friendship in between.
SPACE GALLERY: SPACE make your own music video station! Musician, educator, and a/v maven Jordan Singh will guide attendees through a multimedia experience with green screen, sets, music, and digital effects. Open to all ages and abilities. Feel free to bring your own props, costumes, and instruments!
PORTLAND MUSEUM OF ART: Come say hello to the Portland Museum of Art! We will have an art making activity and pass out fun new PMA stickers and tattoos.

PORTLAND SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA: Join the PSO at the Instrument Petting Zoo, a hands-on event where attendees of all ages can try out various orchestral instruments. Explore the instruments of the orchestra in a fun and engaging way led by PSO Musicians.
LOVE LAB STUDIO: Join artists and educators Christina B and Maizie and our team to make some fun wearable and shareable art - music note wands, bracelets, with decorating and collage! Love Lab Studio is a children’s and community art studio located in Portland, Maine, using art as a tool for co-creating a better and more just world for all!
SAILMAINE: Come on down to SailMaine to check out what they have to offer! Get on the water with FREE mini-cruises between noon and 4:00. Tour the docks, check out a J22 (available for lessons or rentals!), and our small sailboats (part of summer camp programs!). Lifejackets are available if you want to walk on the docks.
EVO ROCK & FITNESS: EVO Rock + Fitness mobile wall offering an exciting, unique experience for festival guests. The wall can accommodate five climbers at once, allowing for 70 climbers an hour. Climbing is FREE thanks to the support from Northern Vertical. Climb on!
BOOKMOBILE: The Portland Public Library Bookmobile holds 1,700 items for all ages – fiction, nonfiction, audiobooks, DVDs, graphic novels, picture books, and chapter books for kids. The Bookmobile has wheelchair access, wireless Internet capabilities, and solar panels.
MAINE NARROW GUAGE RAILROAD: 40-minute scenic train ride offering some of Portland's best waterside views of Casco Bay. Climb on one of our beautifully restored 1800s-era coaches and relax as the train travels through downtown Portland and the Eastern Promenade.
MAINE PUBLIC INSTRUMENT DONATION DRIVE: Support music education by donating your unused instruments at the Festival! Your contribution will be distributed to schools and youth music organizations before the new school year begins. Help unlock the transformative power of musical achievement for Maine's youth by giving your old instruments new life.
