WHAT: The Resurgam Music and Arts Festival is returning for its fourth year! MAMM is partnering with the City of Portland and local community businesses to offer this one-day music and arts festival at Ocean Gateway and the surrounding areas. The event is FREE and open to the public!

In Resurgam’s third year, we drew over 7,500 people and were able to offer over 60 performances and 40 vendors by collaborating with local businesses and organizations like The Telling Room, SPACE , The Children's Museum and Theatre, and SailMaine. We hope to top that number this year!
